At HexoraDigital, we appreciate your interest in our company. This Candidate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information (including self-recorded audio-visual materials) submitted through our screening portal.
1. Information We Collect
Invitation Email: We verify your email address against our invite whitelist.
Audio and Video Screenings: The key data we collect consists of the video responses you record answering our structured interview questions.
Device Status: A temporary check is performed to confirm browser capability and hardware access (webcam, microphone) to run the recording portal.
2. How We Use and Share Video Responses
We collect your videos exclusively to evaluate your profile, communication style, skills, and overall suitability for the Startup Growth Intern role.
Who has access: Your video recordings are only visible to authorized hiring managers and the founders of HexoraDigital. We do not sell, rent, or distribute candidate recordings to any third parties.
3. Storage & Video Retention Limits
Videos are transferred securely and stored on our database system powered by Firebase Cloud Storage. We retain candidate video submissions only for the active recruitment period. Once a position is filled, recordings associated with candidate screening profiles are safely deleted.
4. Security Measures
We employ strict whitelist authorization guards, encrypted file transit protocols, and GCP database bucket rules to keep all candidatures private and shielded from public web searches or unauthorized access.
